Cancellation Policy for Bounce House Rental

Thank you for choosing TinyTots Tumbletown for your event! We strive to provide excellent service and make your party as fun and smooth as possible. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by Customer:
   • 48 hours before the event: Cancellations made at least 2 days in advance will receive a full refund.
   • Day of Event: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the event.
2. Weather-related Cancellations:
   • If there is inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.) on the day of your event, we will work with you to either reschedule or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
   • We will make the final decision on weather-related cancellations based on safety concerns for both the equipment and guests. 

Setup Location

• Where will the inflatable be set up? (backyard, front yard, driveway, park, indoors)
• Is the setup area grass, concrete, asphalt, turf, or dirt?
• What are the approximate dimensions of the setup area?
• Is the area flat and level?
• Are there any slopes, dips, or uneven ground?

Ensuring the safety of guests is paramount when renting inflatables for any event.
